Emphatic victory keeping the team in touch with the top of the table

On a lovely sunny Saturday for a game of football, the team produced an excellent performance.
Nathan Smooker got us up and running in the 9th minute scoring his first goal for the team, hopefully there will be many more of those to come.
The team were passing and moving well, but for most of the first half struggled to find that killer pass in the final third.
Fin Skews scored his first of the game just before half time to take us in 2-0 at the break.
The second half became something of a goal fest. Another 2 for Fin brought up his hat-trick on the day, he also received the Player of the Match award for his efforts. Two more for James Brenton which take him up to 20 goals for the season. Ben Alford also got himself on the scoresheet and finally Charlie Underwood popped up with our last goal right at the end of the match.
Well done to Bodmin who battled hard to the end without any subs available.
Great result for the team, can't wait until next week, we travel to Elm who are one position below us in the league.
Come on you Colts!
